Andrew williams halma1/2/2024 ![]() Halma’s plc Board and Executive Boards are 44% and 78% women, respectively, and in July 2021 Dame Louise Makin became Halma’s next Chair. Halma has made significant progress on gender representation at the board and senior leadership level, with more than 50% of these senior roles held by women today. Since 2014, Andrew and his Executive team have been on a path towards improving diversity and gender balance across the organisation. The list is run by INvolve, a global network championing diversity and inclusion in business. The HERoes Women Role Model List recognises the top 50 global business leaders who are driving change for gender diversity in the workplace and inspiring the next generation of diverse talent. This is the second year Andrew has been recognised for his commitment towards i ncreas ing gender diversity at Halma.
